This tutorial will guide you through setting up your email on an Apple iPad.
Please note that spelling and capitalization is very important.

STEP 1:  Open the ‘Settings’ app on your iPad

STEP 2:  Click on the ‘Mail, Contacts, Calendars” tab.

STEP 3: Click on the ‘Add Account’ tab.

STEP 4: Select the ‘other’ option at the bottom of the list.

STEP 5:  Click on the ‘Add Mail Account’.

STEP 6:  You should see the ‘New Account’ box.

NAME – Enter the display name you wish to display when an email is sent.  This will most likely be your first and last name.

EMAIL – Enter your entire email address.

PASSWORD – Your password, as it was emailed to you.

DESCRIPTION – You can enter any description you wish to refer to this account.

Then click NEXT.

STEP 7:

Enter your name, full email address, and your own description.

Host Name will always be:  ‘mail.hhsworldwide.com’

User:  Enter your entire email address.

Then click NEXT.

If you receive this message box, simply click ‘continue’ .

That’s it!  Your email account should be set up.
